A Gratitude full of Bassibility!!!

Hola!  For a while now I've been trying to figure out on my own how to put a description under my about picture on the sidebar using a different font than the rest of the body text.  I am one who tries and tries and tries at something, before actually asking for help.  At times, the trying has taken me to migraines, sleepless nights and tears!  Okay I'll be honest, it's gotten as far as breaking down to boohoos-snot-dripping-bring-me-box-of-Kleenex bawling!  Then one day I said to myself "that's it! go ask for help!"  So, I thought about it and I still didn't.  I just told myself I will just put that project aside and try it again at a later time.
Then one day I was browsing around some of my fave blogs and I saw it!  And I could not resist so I went ahead and asked for help via an email request.  I was pleasantly surprised when the very next day, visiting this blog again, a tutorial responding to my email had been published.  So this post is in gratitude to fellow blogger Stephanie who blogs over at Bassibility for her prompt and kind generosity in providing this very friendly tutorial that saved me from any more boohoos-snot-dripping-bring-me-box-of-Kleenex bawling! (geez I was aching to use that phrase again).   So  anyway, if you find yourself in the same predicament that I was in, here is Stephanie's Blogging Tutorial: How to Make an "About Graphic.  The tutorial was so easy to follow, not only did I produce one but 3 sidebar graphics.  Here is the end results and the one I chose.  And I'm loving it!

Here are the first two attempts I was not too please with...but had fun doing nonetheless...

Just want to say.... Thanks Stephanie!  You're AWESOME! and I greatly appreciate YOU!

Tootles!

  1. What a nice thank you! You're welcome! Anytime, chica! It was fun to do really, and I thought that it would be easier to follow if I put some pictures with it. I'm glad that you were able to use it!

Now I'm blushing. I'm off to celebrate my birthday. This post was a great birthday gift.

    1. Hola Sadie!
I am sorry for the delayed response to your "ever-so-right" comment. I've just recuperated from a very tuff "feverish" week. I went ahead and took a peek at Brambles & Honey, even sat mesmerized at the 6-1/2 min Vlog which resonated my soul in such relevant "waves".

Thanks for stopping by mine "Sadie Dear" (your secrets safe w/ me ;)
      Tootles!
