I remember loving ponchos as a little girl. I even remember how happy I got when my Mother brought home a yellow one especially for me. It was a bright deep yellow one with holes in the front for you to place your hand through to eat, play and wave hello or good-bye. When I think of ponchos, I think of warmth and comfort. So when I went thrifting and found this gorgeous hot pink one hanging in the clothes rails, I knew it was meant for me. It was hot pink for godsakes; with my name written all over it. There was no way I was leaving it there for somebody else to treasure when clearly it was meant for me.

I loved the bright hot pink flower bush adorning around my former cozy little Kansas apartment.
I'm really going to miss the cool Midwestern fall afternoons. I am not, however, going to miss the cold winter snowed-in mornings, afternoons and nights! I am happy to be in old
sunny South Florida for the winter season!
I was probably admiring the clear blue sky or perhaps just posing pretty for the picture ;)
There's only so much laziness I can endure before the natural silliness in me emerges. I just start jumping or spinning around with the breeze or start singing or dancing. I'm cool like that.
I embrace and enjoy laughter!

Tootles!
It's funny that you should mention the cold Midwestern mornings. Yeah. It got really cold, really fast here in Wisconsin. I love it 'cause not I can wear my scarfs, but yeah.... it's cold.
