As I pondered on what new year's resolution to make for 2013, I came across a post I read by Tami, over at The Things We Find Inside, who by coincidence was contemplating on her resolution as well. She shared about an email she received from Cheryl Richardson that shed light her way and upon her sharing it, it did the same for me. Instinctively, my heart and soul knew the new year's resolution for me!
If you loved yourself more you'd probably...
Be kinder to yourself and others.
Spend your time and energy in ways that make you feel good.
Say no to things you really don't want to do.
Say yes to the little voice inside that begs you to listen.
Give from your heart instead of from guilt and obligation.
Attract great experiences and opportunities into your life.
Take good care of your finances and your health.
Surround yourself with people who respect and adore you.
Now, isn't it so much easier to focus the New Year on the one thing that
will make the biggest difference in your life?

No doubt in my mind that this year, I will continue to love and accept myself as I am for who I am. I will learn more about myself by honoring my soul and by listening and trusting my inner voice. I will live consciously and intentionally. I will be kinder, more patient and more understanding with others as well as myself. I will share with others and myself all this love I still have inside longing to burst out! I will let my light radiate bright and offer my light of service to others! I will empower myself to live a healthy and meaningful life! I will love myself whole heartily! I will also open my heart back to love and welcome the way for my soul mate whom ever it may be! Wow, I can't believe I just said that one, but hey, I felt it so no fears! I will live passionately and follow my dreams! I will never quit so long there is breath in me!
I wish everyone a wonderful, blessed and prosperous New Year full of hope, inspiration and love!
